Neno’s support does not end at the time of purchasing your breast pump.

If your device, for any reason, starts to malfunction, please fill out the complaint form available: here.

As part of our service, a courier will collect your breast pump and deliver a replacement device within 48 hours of your request* (requests submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day).

We know how important it is to maintain lactation, which is why we will do everything in our power to ensure you can feed your Little One without interruption.

Every Neno product is subject to complaint. If anything happens to your product, please report it here.
