Return Procedure

Print and fill out the form below in paper version, then attach it to the returned product and send it to the following address:

KGK TREND sp. z o.o., ul. Ujastek 5B, 31-752 Kraków.

The return must be registered within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. The return form is available [here].

Complaint Procedure

We encourage you to complete the complaint form via the online system available on our website: www.reklamacje.kgktrend.pl.
This will allow you to track the status of the process, maintain constant contact with the service, and— for products listed in the regulations—use the door-to-door warranty. Within this service, the service department will arrange and cover the transportation costs in both directions.

To file a complaint, you must register the request on the website: www.reklamacje.kgktrade.pl, and then wait for a reply containing all the necessary information to process the claim, including product shipment details.

The complained product should be sent to the following address:

in its original packaging or substitute packaging that ensures adequate protection during transport. KGK TREND is not responsible for products inadequately secured for transport.
