How often should I replace parts in Neno breast pumps?

  • Membrane: Replace every 8 weeks (if using the breast pump 1-3 times a day) or every 3-4 weeks (if using the breast pump more than 3 times a day).
  • Valve: Replace every 2-3 months (if using the breast pump 1-3 times a day) or every 4 weeks (if using the breast pump more than 3 times a day).
  • Tube: Only replace in case of breakage or if moisture gets inside.
  • Breast shield and connector: Replace every 6 months if using the breast pump more than 3 times a day.

How do I choose the right breast shield size for Neno breast pumps?
Measure the diameter of your nipple base and then select the appropriate breast shield size using the table found here (link).

Properly selecting the right breast shield/reducer affects milk expression efficiency. Keep in mind that the size of your nipple may change during lactation. It’s best to measure it after the 32nd week of pregnancy.

Can I wash Neno breast pump parts in the dishwasher?
We do not recommend washing Neno breast pump parts in the dishwasher.

My breast pump isn't suctioning properly – what should I do?
If your breast pump isn't properly expressing milk, there could be several reasons. First, check if the breast shield is the right size. Also, inspect the membrane and valve to see if they need replacement. If the issue persists, contact our advisors at info@neno.pl.

What types of baby monitors does Neno offer?
