COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

We encourage you to fill in the return form via our online system: www.wsparcie.neno.pl. Thanks to this, you will be able to follow the status of the proceedings and stay in touch with us.

To make a return, you need to register the application at www.wsparcie.neno.pl, and then expect a return message containing all the information necessary to consider the application, including the shipment of the goods.

You can also print and fill out the form below in the paper version, and then attach it to the returned goods. If you fill out a paper form, the parcel should be sent to the following address: KGK Trend sp. z o.o., Osiedle Centrum A 2, 31-923 Kraków.

Remember that we do not accept COD parcels.
